Welcome to ENA Leadership Conference 2024, formerly Leadership Orientation, taking place in Tampa, Florida. Here, ENA's member leaders from all levels embark on a transformative journey to enhance their leadership skills and build the pathway for the association's extended impact.

What's New

New Name

ENA is evolving the event to meet the growing demand for leadership education and the cultivation of vital talents among nurse leaders in the ED. And with a new mission comes a new name – ENA Leadership Conference

 

ED Leaders Track

ENA has developed an innovative pilot initiative – an added ED Leaders Track. This new track is designed to strengthen the knowledge foundation and improve the problem-solving and implementation skills of a cohort of 50 dedicated nurse leaders. This track is open to all.

State/Chapter Leaders Track Details and Pricing

ENA members who hold an ENA leadership position are encouraged to attend. This event remains invitation only for ENA members who hold leadership positions, including the following 2024 officers:

President, President-elect, Secretary, Treasurer, Secretary/Treasurer, Membership chair and TNCC chair listed in the State Council/Chapter Management portal.

Pricing:

  • Leadership Conference for the 2024 officers: President, President-elect, Secretary, Treasurer, Secretary/Treasurer, Membership chair and TNCC chairs listed in the State Council/Chapter Management area are eligible for complimentary registration.
  • Non-complimentary pricing – seats available until registration capacity has been reached:
    • $225 per additional registration

Open to all ED Nurse Leaders (Limited Capacity):
50 seats available to any ED nurse leaders interested in leadership education. This track is not available to individuals registered for the State/Chapter Leaders track.

Dinner with Friends – Jan. 26
After the Closing Session on Jan. 26, enjoy a delightful meal together with friends and peers in Tampa. Gasparilla Parade of Pirates – Jan. 27
Arr, mateys! Stick around to embark on an all-day swashbuckling adventure of the Gasparilla Parade of Pirates and Pirate Fest. Secure your spot with an exclusive offer – for just $150, claim a coveted seat in ENA’s private bleacher section, specially reserved along the parade route. But beware, tickets are in short supply, and it's first-come, first-served!

Price includes bus transportation. Lunch will be on own. A detailed itinerary for the day will be made available shortly, but the busses will depart prior to the pirate invasion at 11:30 a.m. and return to the hotel after the parade in the evening. Make the most of this unique experience by selecting the add-on when you register for the ENA Leadership Conference. Feel free to join the revelry and dress for the occasion! Who can register?

State and Chapter Leaders Track: All ENA members who hold a leadership role – from State and Chapter leaders to Government Affair Chairs and Global Member leaders and more. The 2024 officers (President, President-elect, Secretary, Treasurer, Secretary/Treasurer), Membership Chairs, TNCC Chair listed in the State Council/Chapter Management area are eligible for complimentary registration.

ED Leaders Track: Emergency nurses who are aspiring ED leaders or existing leaders, locally and globally, within their hospital or organization are eligible for registration for a fee.

What is the cost?

State and Chapter Leaders Track: This event is free for those who are eligible for complimentary registration as listed above. Additional pricing for this education path is $225 per additional non-complimentary registration (until capacity has been reached).

ED Leaders Track: $225 per registration (until registration capacity of 50 has been reached).

EVENT POLICIES

ENA LEADERSHIP CONFERENCE 2024: REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY
You may cancel your registration without cause by notifying ENA Component Relations in writing via e-mail to componentrelations@ena.org on or before Jan. 20. ENA Leadership Conference event registration fees, including reception guest tickets, will not be refunded after Jan. 20. Donations to the ENA Foundation are non-refundable at any time.
