HEALTH AND SAFETY

With the health and safety of all ENA event participants and staff as a top priority, ENA has established new and updated guidelines for all in-person events in 2022, including Day on the Hill. Please see below for ENA’s current health and safety measures:

Vaccination Requirement:
To receive an event badge and access to Day on the Hill activities at the hotel, attendees must provide proof of full COVID-19 vaccinations – two rounds of the Pfizer and Moderna or one round of the Johnson & Johnson vaccines. Anyone unable to, or who chooses not to, provide proof of full vaccination must provide results of a negative PCR COVID-19 test taken within 72 hours of the event start date.

Instructions for Uploading Vaccination Proof or Negative Test:
ENA will be using Crowdpass for all vaccination card and negative test verification. Registrants must upload proof of vaccination or negative test results in advance. Even if you attended a previous ENA event in 2022, you will need to upload your card for this event. Once on-site, attendees will need to show the Crowdpass verification at registration to receive their event badge.

To upload vaccination proof or negative test results:

  1. Look for the email titled “Please Complete Your Health Screening Form” from support@crowdpass.co and log-in. If you do not have this email, please contact meetingservices@ena.org to have the email resent. If choosing to submit a negative test, it must be within 72 hours of event start date – May 2. Health credentials must be accurate, legible and meet the guidelines required for attendance at an ENA event.
  2. Once the proof has been submitted, attendees will receive an email from Crowdpass indicating their verification is pending approval. After Crowdpass reviews the submission, attendees will receive an email indicating whether their proof has been approved or rejected. If the email says you are approved, you’re good to go! If the submission was rejected for not meeting the requirements, you will have to go through the submission process again
  3. Attendee must show the Crowdpass QR code at registration in order to pick up their event badge. If there are any questions about submitting verifications, please contact support@crowdpass.co. If you have any questions about the event, please contact meetingservices@ena.org

Test before you leave home to attend the event:
As an additional safety precaution and peace of mind, ENA encourages all attendees to consider taking a COVID-19 test before arriving in Washington, D.C., for Day on the Hill.

Mask requirement:
Masks are not required. Attendees are welcome to wear a mask based on their personal comfort level.

COVID-19 Comfort Level Stickers
ENA will provide color-coded comfort level stickers at registration that indicate how comfortable you are with physical distance and contact with other attendees. Red means to keep distance with no physical contact wanted; yellow means caution and moderate contact, such as elbow bumps, is acceptable; and green means proceed with handshakes and hugs. ENA will continue to implement other health and safety measures with meals as deemed appropriate for Day on the Hill 2022.
