Open Positions

Director, Foundation - The ENA Foundation Director contributes to the success of ENA by ensuring the financial sustainability of the ENA Foundation through the development and execution of fundraising, stewardship and annual giving strategies. The role will work closely with the ENA Foundation Board of Trustees, Foundation committees and ENA staff to create a strategy to cultivate and steward donors and partners. The ENA Foundation Director is the principal contact for all Foundation donors to ensure steady funding streams to meet Foundation needs and budgeted goals.

Director, Membership - The Director of Membership is responsible for vision, strategy and implementation as it relates to ENA membership growth and retention. The role will be responsible for oversight of the member value proposition, maximizing data analytics to inform development and the planning and delivery of ENA membership engagement through various channels to promote ENA’s offerings and member benefits.

Meetings Manager - The Meetings Manager is responsible for all external ENA event planning. This position also contributes to strategy development while ensuring logistical and on-site execution, vendor contracting and management, and budget reconciliation. The Meetings Team is responsible for all external events, including, but not limited to, ENA Day on the Hill, ENA Leadership Conference and the association’s annual education and networking conference.
