Please note: ENA reserves the right to modify, cancel or reschedule all activities associated with this event due to unforeseen circumstances. Notice must be received in writing by April 10. Notices received after this date cannot be guaranteed.
Cancelation Policy
You may cancel your registration without cause by contacting your council president who registered you on or before April 26. If you know you cannot attend, please cancel or notify ENA as soon as possible so that another ENA member may have a chance to attend.
Day on the Hill 2026: Code of Conduct
ENA invites you to join Day on the Hill 2026 in a spirit of inclusivity, friendliness, open-mindedness, and respect.
By attending Day on the Hill 2026, you agree to:
- Communicate openly and thoughtfully toward your fellow participants.
- Be considerate of the multitude of views and opinions that are different than your own.
- Treat everyone with respect and consideration.
- Be respectful, mindful and generative in your critique of ideas.
- Be mindful of your surroundings and of your fellow participants.
ENA prohibits discrimination, harassment and bullying against any person for any reason.
Harassment includes, but is not limited to:
- Any verbal, written or physical conduct designed to threaten, intimidate or coerce another delegate, conference organizers or staff.
- Verbal abuse of any attendee, speaker, volunteer, exhibitor, staff member, service provider or other meeting guest.
- Comments that are offensive or unwelcome regarding a person's nationality, origin, race, color, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, body, disability or appearance, including epithets, slurs and negative stereotyping.
- Nonverbal harassment including disrespectful disruption of presentations, distribution, display, or discussion of any written or graphic material that ridicules, denigrates, insults, belittles or shows hostility, aversion, or disrespect toward an individual or group because of national origin, race, ethnicity, religion, age, gender, sexual orientation, pregnancy, appearance, disability, sexual identity, marital or other protected status.
During Day on the Hill 2026, if you have been involved in, or have witnessed, an incident that violates the Code of Conduct, please inform an ENA staff member immediately.

Photography, Audio and Video Recording Policy
ENA staff or authorized photographers might take photos or videos of participants during ENA event functions or activities. Please be aware these photos and videos are for ENA use only and might appear in future event promotions, catalogs, brochures, social media, ENA Connection, Journal of Emergency Nursing, ena.org or other promotional materials.
Your attendance constitutes your permission and consent for this photography. Photography, as well as video and audio recording, by attendees is prohibited during general sessions. Any photos or audio or video recording taken by attendees cannot be used for commercial purposes.

ENA Event Code of Conduct
