Emergency Nursing 2025 registrants who are approved a deferral request will be allowed to defer for only one year. The refund and cancellation policy will not be waived.

Add-On Ticket Policy
You must be registered for Emergency Nursing 2025 to purchase registration add-on items, special event or educational session tickets. Ticketed educational sessions that are eligible for CNE hours cannot overlap. All add-on tickets are non-transferable.
If an attendee registered for an education session or special event add-on drops or cancels the option, the vacated place will be offered by email to the first person on the waitlist. The offer is valid for 24 hours. If the offer is not accepted during that period, the place is offered by email to the next person on the waitlist. The Emergency Nursing 2025 registration team will manage the waitlists and can prioritize waitlisted attendees.
