About ENAon
This next installment in ENA's virtual education events combines a live webinar featuring three 25-minute micro-sessions and live Q&A with access to four on-demand educational sessions. ENAon was designed for emergency nurses who are interested in leadership roles and topics.
Outcomes
Nurses who attend this event will leave equipped to build and operate a stronger ED, including the ability to:
- Identify relationships between nursing personnel, perceived workload, practice environment and burnout among staff.
- Seek and utilize resources to enhance efficiency and make data-driven decisions.
- Motivate staff and provide strategies to work with management and their teams.
- Increase recruitment and improve retention.
- Transition into a new leadership role.
- Operate an ED with increased top-to-bottom understanding.
