State Council and Chapter Educational Conference Submission

The purpose of this form is for State Councils and Chapters to submit their educational conferences/symposiums. State Councils and Chapters required to hold at least one educational event per year per ENA Procedures.

In addition, ENA would like to engage members in these activities by including them in the Events area on the ENA Website.

Note: meeting submitted must be ENA Sponsored (or partnered) educational events. (board or membership meetings, third party courses and outside conferences will not be included).
