Emergency Nursing 2021 Cancellation Policy: Requests for cancellations or refunds must be submitted in writing on or before Aug. 6, by emailing All requests are subject to a $50 administrative fee. Refunds will be processed in the name of the original payer within 60 days after the initial request is received. All conference registrations are non-transferable. Refunds will not be issued after Aug. 6. ENA will not reimburse you if you do not attend.

Non-receipt of a confirmation notice before the meeting is not justification for seeking a refund. If you wish to defer your registration payment to Emergency Nursing 2022, a request must be submitted in writing on or before Aug. 6. Deferred registrations will not be eligible for later refunds. Emergency Nursing 2021 registrants who are approved for a deferral request will be allowed to defer for only one year. The refund and cancellation policy will not be waived.

Emergency Nursing 2021 Registrants - Add-On Ticket Policy: You must be registered for Emergency Nursing 2021 to purchase registration add-on items and special event/educational session tickets. Ticketed educational sessions that are eligible for CNE hours cannot overlap. All add-on tickets are non-transferable.

Emergency Nursing 2021 Registrants Add-On Waitlist Policy: Any eligible Emergency Nursing 2021 attendee wishing to select an education session or special event add-on that has reached its authorized capacity may select the session which will automatically add themselves to the session’s waitlist. An attendee is added to waitlist in the order in which he/she attempts to register for the session. The wait list prioritization will be determined by session selection at the time of registration.

If an attendee registered in an education session/special event add-on drops and/or cancels the option, the vacated place will be offered, by e- mail, to the first person on the wait-list. The offer is valid for 24 hours. If the offer is not accepted during that period, the place is offered by email, to the next person on the waitlist. The Emergency Nursing 2021 registration team will manage the wait-lists and can prioritize attendees on the waitlist. If an attendee fails to register during the 24-hour period, they may add themselves again to the end of the waitlist.

Emergency Nursing 2021 Registrants - Non-Refundable Policy: ENA membership dues, donations to the ENA Foundation, additional registration add-on items including t-shirt orders, special events and/or educational sessions with a fee are non-refundable at any time. Emergency Nursing 2021 no-shows are ineligible for a refund.

Please Note: ENA reserves the right to modify, cancel or reschedule all activities associated with this conference due to unforeseen circumstances. Registrants will be notified. These policies apply to all registration types including guest registrations. ENA will not issue refunds for no-shows.

Canceling your conference registration will not automatically cancel your hotel reservations. Any costs incurred by an Emergency Nursing 2021 registrant, such as hotel cancellation or airline penalties, are the responsibility of the meeting registrant. Registration rates, fees and policies are subject to change at the discretion of ENA.

Childcare Policy: In response to attendee requests and to provide a safe and educational atmosphere during Emergency Nursing 2021, children and infants are not allowed in educational sessions, the exhibit hall, or special events. If you plan to bring a child younger than the age of 18, please plan for childcare in advance.

Giving to the ENA Foundation: All donations to the ENA Foundation are tax deductible to the extent provided by law. The ENA Foundation is an Internal Revenue Code designated 501(c)3 organization. Please keep this confirmation email for your records. A donation acknowledgement will be sent separately to the address affiliated with this registration. Due to IRS regulations, raffle ticket purchases are not tax deductible.

Sessions will be open until Jan. 31, 2022 for attendees to view. CNE hours will be awarded based upon all sessions viewed and evaluation completed. Student registrants are not eligible due to the discounted student registration rate. No CNE hours will be awarded for students
