ENA honors deceased members during a special memoriam presentation held during the annual General Assembly. 

If you would like to recognize a deceased member in the 2025 memoriam presentation, please complete the following form and submit photos by Aug. 15.

 

Positions held at the national, state and/or chapter level (please include years if known, i.e. Dallas ENA Chapter, 2014 President; Montana ENA State Council, 2013 Treasurer)
