ENA has partnered with onPeak again for the perfect deal for you (and your wallet) to have the best experience at any one of the eight official conference hotels. ENA will provide shuttle buses to and from the convention center, making it even easier to get to all the action!

Please note:
- You do not need to complete your attendee registration for Emergency Nursing 2025 prior to booking your hotel room within the conference housing block.
- The deadline for the housing block pricing varies depending the hotel (see above).
- Cancellation must be made at least 72 hours prior to the day of arrival to avoid loss of deposit.
Travel and Transportation
Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport (MSY) in New Orleans is approximately 15 miles, or 17 minutes, from New Orleans Ernest N. Morial Convention Center.
Rideshare: Click Here for details on how to get to your rideshare app pick-up services from the airport. Ride app services pick up passengers outside of Level 1 Baggage Claim on the middle curb.
Taxi: Taxis pick up passengers in a dedicated taxi loading zone on the Arrivals Curb outside of Level 1 Baggage Claim Door 7. Taxi rides cost approximately $36 from the airport to the Central Business District or French Quarter (west of Elysian Fields) for up to two passengers. For three or more passengers, the fare will be $15.00 per passenger.
Shuttle: ENA will provide shuttle buses to and from the convention center to your hotel. Contact your hotel concierge/front desk for information on shuttles to/from the airport.
