The Director, Meetings & Events leads the meetings services team and is responsible for financial and program oversight of all member-facing ENA events including, but not limited to, assisting with contract management. This position and will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, vendors and hotel representatives to create positive event experiences. This role is responsible for maintaining industry relations and bringing event best practices and innovation to the organization.
The Governance Coordinator contributes to the successful execution of the association’s strategic initiatives and governance activities. This position coordinates the logistics for board meetings, as well as the administrative processes for all governance projects, committees and initiatives.
The Manager, Membership will develop, establish, and operationalize initiatives focused on member growth, recruitment, retention and engagement including cultivating new members, retaining existing members and winning back former members. This role will manage the day-to-day execution and tracking of membership growth strategies. This requires regular partnership with other members of the member engagement team, as well as marketing and communications colleagues.
