Learner Outcome(s): Upon completion of this course, the learner will be able to explain the basics of COVID-19, how the virus spreads and treatment options. The learner will also be able to implement resiliency programs and promote self-care for the individual and their staff during times of crisis and develop a management plan to lead their department through a public health crisis or disaster.
