ENA’s Instructor Course is an instructor training program that includes online adult learning and instruction, live practice, mentorship, and monitored instruction. The path to becoming an instructor is complex and includes learning about different teaching strategies, understanding how people learn, and being familiar with various types of teaching media.
Learner Outcome: Upon completion of this course, the emergency nurse will have increased knowledge of adult learning and instruction. The next steps will be the live course, including lecture and skill practice, and then mentorship, and monitored instruction for preparation in becoming a TNCC Course Instructor.
