Professionally, I have served in diverse roles — from Flight Nurse to Clinical Orientation Coordinator to healthcare consultant — each requiring advanced leadership, assessment, and decision-making skills.

Within ENA, I have held local, state, and national leadership positions, including state and national President, where I gained firsthand experience with governance structures, strategic planning, and volunteer development. These experiences have given me a refined understanding of what it takes to cultivate leaders who align with ENA’s mission and who are prepared to guide the association into the future.

My combined academic rigor, professional leadership across multiple healthcare sectors, and extensive ENA service uniquely position me to contribute to the Leadership Development and Elections Committee with insight, integrity, and a commitment to advancing ENA’s leadership excellence.
