    Director, IENE (Institute of Emergency Nursing Education)

    The Director, IENE is responsible for the management and oversight of the development and delivery of education. The Director is responsible for the overall development of Education programs, products, and services, including ENA’s Center for Emergency Nursing Education. This includes oversight of project timelines, development of materials and related course budgets, and analysis of current trends in order to develop quality educational products which facilitate the evolution of the emergency nursing profession. The director plays a key strategic role in the growth and development of the areas of education for emergency nursing and advanced nursing practice.

    Director, IENAP (Institute for Emergency Nursing Advanced Practice)

    The Director is responsible for the overall development of key positions, collaborations, programs, products, and services, on behalf of Advanced Practice Emergency Nursing. This includes oversight of project timelines, development of position statements, development of materials and related course budgets, collaboration on work that will promote advanced practice in emergency nursing, and analysis of current trends to facilitate the evolution of the emergency nursing profession. The director plays a key strategic role in the growth and development of advanced emergency nursing practice.

    Senior Associate, IQSIP

    The Senior Associate, IQSIP is responsible for managing professional practice initiatives for the Emergency Nurses Association and its affiliates by utilizing broad, evidence-based knowledge of emergency nursing and emergency health care. The Associate interacts with ENA staff, members, Board of Directors, other health care providers, national agencies, organizational and community advocates on programs, and projects related to emergency nursing practice, quality, safety and injury prevention.

    Foundation Manager 

    Position contributes to the success of ENA by ensuring the financial sustainability of the ENA Foundation through the raising, stewardship and disbursement of funds. This position will focus on the management of the individual giving program, a portfolio of major donor accounts, special event coordination, special giving societies and annual fund donors. The role will work closely with Foundation Coordinator to create strategy to cultivate and steward lower-level donors towards major gift prospects.

    Graphic Designer

    The Graphic Designer is responsible for the development of Connection, the ENA monthly member newsletter (print and digital), Conference Connection, the ENA conference newsletter (digital), and materials for use in print collateral, advertising, signage, exhibit display, and interactive files as assigned. The Graphic Designer will take direction from the Graphic Design Manager, but work closely with the Editor in Chief (Connection), and other management, in the development of graphic communications that enhance Member publications, and sales of products, while establishing and reinforcing the Emergency Nurses Association brand image.

    Meeting Planner

    The Meeting Planner coordinates the logistics of ENA Conferences and Regional meetings. This includes responsibilities in all areas of meeting planning for regional and national meetings.
