Board Mentoring Program

Program Objective

The Board Mentoring Program is designed to help developing emerging association leaders.  The program pairs individuals who have been active at the state or chapter level or have participated on a national committee with a board mentor.  The mentors will assist their mentees with an action plan for a national leadership role within the Emergency Nurses Association and provide learning opportunities to help achieve individual leadership goals. Eligible candidates must have served in a state or chapter leadership role, chaired a state or chapter committee, participated on a national committee or been active on the state level for a minimum of 3 years.  In 2014 there will be limited mentee positions available.
