Have a Continuing Nursing Education (CNE) Complaint?
ENA is committed to the development and implementation of quality continuing nursing education products that are fully aligned with American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation educational design criteria.
There may be instances where learners may have significant concerns and issues beyond the scope of the evaluation form. Consequently, as an ANCC accredited Provider Unit and Approver Unit, ENA has established a complaint access system where learners can submit concerns regarding any attended education event.
We encourage learners who successfully completed any ENA CNE program to contact the CNE Unit regarding any complaints or concerns regarding our educational programs.
