ENA National Election

Now Accepting Applications for 2017 ENA National Election Candidates

Deadline to apply: Friday, March 17, 2017, 12:00 pm CDT


The Emergency Nurses Association is seeking candidates who represent ENA’s mission to advocate for patient safety and excellence in emergency nursing practice to serve as ENA national leaders. Applications are now being accepted for the following positions:

  • 2018 President-elect (1-year term)
  • 2018 Secretary/Treasurer (1-year term)
  • (2) 2018 Directors (3-year term)
  • Region 2 (2-year term)
  • Region 4 (2-year term)
  • Region 6 (2-year term)
  • Past ENA Board Member (2-year term)
Application Requirements

In addition to the online application, the following supporting documentation must accompany all applications, and be submitted by the March 17, 12:00 pm CDT deadline:

  • Curriculum vitae or résumé
  • Verifiable proof of General Assembly attendance (e.g., General Assembly certificate of attendance)
  • Disclosure Regarding Background Investigation Form
  • Professional digital portrait headshot photograph
    • Taken within the past three years
    • Professional business attire (no uniforms, scrubs, t-shirts, state council specific attire, etc.)
    • At least 5” x 7”
    • High resolution
      We recommend you submit the requirements above to a professional photographer to ensure your photo meets the required specs.  

Candidates are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all content submitted (e.g., spelling, punctuation, grammar, etc.).
