State Presidents Presidents-Elect

Virginia State Council is looking at having teleconferencing available at our state meetings. Does anyone have teleconferences in effect and what guidelines do you use for them? Can your chapter officers teleconference in versus attending the state meeting?

 

Any guidance would be beneficial.
