This award honors an individual, group, or corporation that has made a significant contribution toward achieving the mission of the ENA Foundation. The ENA Foundation
Management Board established that the candidates should qualify by developing a significant project or campaign which promotes, continues, or enhances the efforts of the Foundation, and as a volunteer reflecting a major commitment of time or demonstrating a significant financial contribution to the Foundation or specific Foundation project.

Howard visited Stryker’s corporate headquarters in Kalamazoo, Michigan, on June 4, 2004, to personally convey the Association’s gratitude for Stryker’s 34 years of continuous loyalty and support of sponsorship.
