Just over a year ago, Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage and the Emergency Nurses Association joined forces to offer the Real Estate Advantage Program as a an ENA member benefit. We are thrilled to announce that in the first year, we have paid just under $5,000 cash back directly to ENA Members for utilizing the program! The cash rebate you receive from the REAP will pay for your ENA annual dues, and then some!

If you are searching for a new home, or trying to sell the one you currently have, you are a perfect candidate for the Real Estate Advantage Program! The REAP is a nationwide benefit offered to all ENA members, whether you are moving across the country or moving down the street. You may be buying a vacation home in Florida, or downsizing from a single family home to a condo. Call your Real Estate Advantage counselor to discuss your needs, and we will assign an experienced, professional realtor to assist you. Within 30 days after closing with the assigned realtor, you will receive a cash rebate check in the mail! It’s that easy! Receive two rebates if you buy AND sell with the Real Estate Advantage assigned realtor. If you are ever dissatisfied with the agent assigned to you, all you need to do is call us, and we will assign a new agent to assist you.

What can you earn through the Real Estate Advantage Program? Our cash rebate begins at $300 for a $50,000 home and grows incrementally as the purchase or sale price increases. Just think what you can do with the extra money you receive from the Real Estate Advantage Program – buy new furniture, decorate your home, or take a vacation! If you are already working with a Realtor, you will not be eligible for the cash rebate. However, if you are not working with a Realtor, any brokerage of your choice may be requested. Cash rebates are prohibited by law in some states; however, we can still assist you in finding a top notch agent in your area.
