ENA Rolls Out New Data Management System, Minor Customer Service Delays Possible

January 24, as part of ENA’s ongoing efforts to improve member and customer services, ENA will roll out the first phase of a new data association management system (AMS) implementation. This new system integrates the vast majority of ENA’s data systems while upgrading their capacities.

For ENA members and BCEN® exam candidates, this upgrade will eventually allow for greater access and control over their profile information. Once the entire implementation is complete later this year, members will be able to change and update their contact information online and in real time, putting an end to the delays caused by the old form-based system.

Over the coming weeks, as the AMS upgrade is being completed, there will be short periods when certain services may not be immediately available or processing may be delayed. ENA and BCEN customer service staff will, however, be available during usual business hours to assist members with any questions or issues that may arise due to the upgrade process. We appreciate your patience and look forward to serving you as we continue to improve our technological capabilities.
