ENA Foundation State Challenge Racing Toward June 30 Finish Line

Have You or Your State Joined the Scholarship Race?

The rules are simple; the goal is clear…to increase financial support for the ENA Foundation, enabling the foundation to establish additional research grants and educational scholarships.

To date, 12 states have joined the State Challenge Scholarship Race. Our current total is $7,438, which is 15 percent of our $45,525 goal. Currently the New Jersey ENA State Council is in the lead with a generous donation of $5,000. This donation allows them to name a 2009 ENAF Scholarship.

In addition to the naming opportunity for state councils that donation $5,000 or more, each state has the opportunity to win a FREE registration for a deserving member to attend the 2008 ENA Annual Conference, in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The two ENA State Challenge categories include: the largest total contribution from one state and the largest per capita contribution.

How Can You Help?

Visit www.ena.org/foundation and make a donation online by checking the State Challenge box. If you prefer, you can mail a donation to the ENA Foundation at 915 Lee Street, Des Plaines, IL 60016. Remember to designate your donation with a note indicating that your contribution comes from your state and should be applied to the 2008 State Challenge.

The ENA Foundation State Challenge runs through June 30, 2008. Proceeds from the State Challenge support the foundation’s scholarship and research program.
