The ENA Foundation invites all state councils and ENA members to join the 2008 ENAF State Challenge, a grassroots fundraising effort to benefit the ENAF Scholarship Program. The rules are simple; the goal is clear…to increase financial support for the foundation, enabling it to establish additional research grants and educational scholarships.

The ENAF State Challenge runs from March 1 to June 30, 2008.

Here’s how it works:

• Each state council is asked to raise a minimum of $1 per member in its state (e.g., if your state has 500 ENA members, you are asked to raise $500 or more).
• State councils raising $5,000 or more may, if they choose, name a 2009 ENAF Scholarship. Contributions less than $5,000 will be pooled together.
• Winning categories include:
The state council with the largest total contribution.
The state council with the largest per capita contribution.

Each winning state council will receive a free registration scholarship for a deserving member to attend the 2008 ENA Annual Conference in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
