Scopes and Standards of Practice
ENA is responsible for defining and establishing the scopes and standards of emergency nursing practice. This site provides the scopes of practice for the registered nurse and the advanced practice nurse in the emergency care setting. Standards of practice have been defined as a measure of nursing’s contribution to quality patient care.
