    ANCC Lead Nurse Planner

    The ANCC Lead Nurse Planner is responsible for ensuring that ENA adheres to the ANCC accreditation criteria for all operational aspects of providing continuing nursing education activities and criteria that pertain to the operations of the organization as a Provider and Approver Unit. This position may also serve as a Senior Associate, Nursing Education for some projects.

    Senior Associate IQSIP

    The Senior Associate, IQSIP is responsible for managing professional practice initiatives for the Emergency Nurses Association and its affiliates by utilizing broad, evidence-based knowledge of emergency nursing and emergency health care. The Associate interacts with ENA staff, members, Board of Directors, other health care providers, national agencies, organizational and community advocates on programs, and projects related to emergency nursing practice, quality, safety and injury prevention.

    Director of IENE

    The Director, IENE is responsible for the management and oversight of the development and delivery of education. The Director is responsible for the overall development of Education programs, products, and services, including ENA’s Center for Emergency Nursing Education. This includes oversight of project timelines, development of materials and related course budgets, and analysis of current trends in order to develop quality educational products which facilitate the evolution of the emergency nursing profession. The director plays a key strategic role in the growth and development of the areas of education for emergency nursing and advanced nursing practice.

    Director of Technology

    The Director of Technology provides leadership in all areas of technology for ENA. The position contributes to the strategic plan by identifying uses of technology to support the mission and vision of the association. The Director aligns all technology to ENA’s strategic and operations plans. Maintaining a vision toward applying technology, directing it’s planning and implementation and evaluating its effectiveness are vital functions of this role. Customers include members, member leaders and volunteers, fellow staff, and other outside parties interested in ENA.

    Technical Support Specialist

    The Technical Support Specialist is responsible for providing end-user support and day to day administration of computer networks, software programs, installation, maintenance and upgrades of various application software programs. This position will also perform nightly back-up; maintain log books, printer counts, equipment inventory, etc. As well as providing end-user training and troubleshooting of hardware and software.
