    ANCC Lead Nurse Planner

    The ANCC Lead Nurse Planner is responsible for ensuring that ENA adheres to the ANCC accreditation criteria for all operational aspects of providing continuing nursing education activities and criteria that pertain to the operations of the organization as a Provider and Approver Unit. This position may also serve as a Senior Associate, Nursing Education for some projects.

    Senior Associate IQSIP

    The Senior Associate, IQSIP is responsible for managing professional practice initiatives for the Emergency Nurses Association and its affiliates by utilizing broad, evidence-based knowledge of emergency nursing and emergency health care. The Associate interacts with ENA staff, members, Board of Directors, other health care providers, national agencies, organizational and community advocates on programs, and projects related to emergency nursing practice, quality, safety and injury prevention.

The Deputy Executive Director, Member Relations serves as the second in command as it pertains to issues of member relations, state and chapter relations, technology and marketing. This position collaborates closely with the Deputy Executive Director, Nursing and reports to the Executive Director.

    Annual Giving Manager

    Position contributes to the success of ENA by ensuring the financial sustainability of the ENA Foundation through the raising of funds. This position will focus on the management of the individual giving program, a portfolio of major donor accounts, for events, special giving societies and annual fund donors. The role will work closely with Development Coordinator to create strategy to cultivate and steward lower-level donors towards major gift prospects.
