Mentoring Program is designed to help developing emerging association
leaders. The program pairs individuals
who have been active at the state or chapter level or have participated on a
national committee with a board mentor.
The mentors will assist their mentees with an action plan for a national
leadership role within the Emergency Nurses Association and provide learning
opportunities to help
achieve individual leadership goals. Eligible candidates must have served in a
state or chapter leadership role, chaired a state or chapter committee,
participated on a national committee or been active on the state level for a
minimum of 3 years. In 2014 there will
be limited mentee positions available.
