CANCELLATION POLICY
You may cancel your registration without cause by notifying the ENA Injury Prevention Institute in writing by facsimile, e-mail, or regular mail five business days prior to the event. Cancellations received within five business days of the event will be refunded in full, less a $15 processing fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations received or postmarked after the deadline.
TRANSFER OF REGISTRATION *
In the event that you are unable to participate in the web seminar, your registration is transferable. Please notify the ENA Injury Prevention Institute in writing with the name of the person taking your place five business days prior to the event. No substitutions can be made after that point.
*Please note the Gate Keeper’s course is not transferable
