The 2006 ENA National Scorecard on State Highway Laws is the first ENA outreach effort of its kind designed to reach lawmakers via the public. It aims to advance evidence-based prevention interventions and laws to enable better understanding of acceptable risk, of making smart and informed decisions and of implementing reasonable precautionary measures.

The 2006 ENA National Scorecard on State Highway Laws focuses on developing specific state laws to prevent injury and save lives.
