How do I login?
You can login by accessing the sign in link on the top right of the home page. From there, enter your primary email address as your username and your password. See our video demonstration for more information. Having trouble signing in? You can click on the "Forgot Password" link to send you a reminder. If you are still having problems, please contact Member Services.
First time Logging in?
If you have never logged into the ENA website before, your password will be your ENA member number. You can update that information afterwards by accessing your member profile. If you are still having problems, please contact Member Services.
How do I join ENA or renew my membership?
There are two locations on the web where you can find member information and join. On the right hand navigation, there is a link to Join ENA, but you can also access the link from the Membership drop-down navigation. You can also renew your membership using the same steps. How do I access my member profile?
Once you have logged in to the ENA website, you can access your member profile by hovering over the Membership tab and selecting "Update Your Member Profile". See our video demonstration for more information.
How Do I Change My State Council/Chapter Information?
I Am An International or Military Member. Can I still Update My State Council/Chapter Information?
Yes, you can change your state council or chapter (if applicable) once your profile is created, or at any time thereafter. Military members with an APO/FPO address and International members are placed in Military Council or International Council, respectively, but can choose to be a part of any state council and chapter of their choice. To update your council and chapter information, follow the directions mentioned above.
Who is my state/chapter president?
You can find out all state and chapter related information by accessing State Councils & Chapters from the Membership drop down, and then selecting the State Map from the right side navigation. Not only can you find your state and/or chapter president information, but you can also find your local chair, your board liaison, and TNCC/ENPC courses that are being offered locally.
How do I access team sites?
Once you have signed in to the ENA website, you can access your team site by clicking on the Get Involved tab on the homepage and select the Directory of Committees and Work Teams. If you are having problems accessing your team site, please contact your staff liaison for further assistance.
