1. Membership Mailing List
   In an effort to better service the overwhelming requests for the ENA membership mailing lists, ENA has partnered with INFOCUS Marketing Inc. INFOCUS is the largest marketing company providing national associations with mailing list services. ENA members and partners will still receive the same great service for their list orders as they have always received.

2. CRITERIA
   1. ENA must approve the purpose of the mailing and all materials to be mailed. A copy of the mailing must accompany the request.
   
   2. ENA reserves the right to deny a request which may be in direct conflict(a period of 30 days prior to or following the date of event)with educational offerings sponsored, or presented, by the Emergency Nurses Association or its affiliates.
   
   3. These labels may not be promulgated, sold, or used for any other purpose than that stated on the request form.
