CANCELLATION POLICY
You may cancel your registration without cause by notifying ENA Educational Services in writing by facsimile, e-mail, or regular mail five business days prior to the event. Cancellations received within five business days of the event will be refunded in full, less a $15 processing fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations received or postmarked after the deadline.
TRANSFER OF REGISTRATION
In the event that you are unable to participate in the webcast series, your registration is transferable. Please notify ENA Educational Services in writing with the name of the person taking your place five business days prior to the event. No substitutions can be made after that point.

For best results, a high-speed internet connection is recommended. Telephone access is also required. On the day of the event, sign on should be no sooner than five minutes before the event. A link to the handouts for each module will be sent via e-mail following registration.
