Complaint Lines:

Participants and attendees are required to complete and submit learners’ evaluations at of the ENA national and local educational events. Learner feedback is required at ALL ENA educational events. This feedback will help event planners improve future programs. However, there may be instances where learners may have significant concerns and issues beyond the scope of the evaluation form. Consequently as an ANCC accredited Provider Unit and Approver Unit, ENA has established complaint access systems where learners can submit concerns regarding any attended education event.
