Site Program Registration
Site registration is limited to 20 participants. Names and e-mails of ALL participants must be submitted at the time of registration. Each registered site will receive ten (10) views per registered attendee of an archive recording for each module in the program. Each time the link is accessed, it is registered as a view whether the viewing was partial or complete. Additional views will not available once the initial ten (10) per attendee have been exhausted. The site coordinator (main registrant) is responsible for distributing the modules to the participants at his or her site. The archive recording will be unavailable after June 27, 2011. Participants are urged to complete the program prior to this day. There will be no refund for unviewed modules.
