Begin Conference Registration and Hotel and Travel Reservations (Faculty to register for Conference, make own hotel and travel reservations. Travel must be booked through AmTrav Travel ENA WILL NOT reimburse travel made outside AmTrav)

NOTE: Approved faculty should not need to provide their own financial information unless you are booking travel for an additional guest/non-funded faculty. Approved faculty airfare will be charged to the ENA master account. If you are asked to submit payment, do not proceed and contact Taylor Swick at 847-460-4117 immediately. If you are booking a multiple-leg trip or travel for a guest or family member, AmTrav is able to book these arrangements at the same time; however, if this is the case, you will be asked for financial information.

ENA does not provide paper copies of PowerPoint slides or any other handouts. Any faculty choosing to distribute handouts must bring their own copies.  Faculty may submit handouts or PowerPoint slides for posting as PDFs to Taylor Swick at LeadershipConference@ena.org.

Lodging and Per Diem Reimbursement

Reimbursement will be contingent upon each approved faculty member submitting a hotel bill and a properly completed and itemized Business Travel Substantiation Report. Please refer to ENA’s Financial Policies and Procedures.

·         Itemized Business Travel Substantiation Report allowing up to $75 per teaching day.  Click here for the form.

·         Hotel Bill (lodging expenses will be reimbursed as billed up to $210 per teaching day
