REGISTRATION, HOTEL, AND AIRLINE DEADLINES

Begin Conference Registration and Hotel and Travel Reservations (Faculty to register for Conference, make own hotel and travel reservations. Travel must be booked through AmTrav Travel. ENA WILL NOT reimburse travel made outside AmTrav.  

  • Important Information A FacPac3 Memo will be sent to each faculty with instructions on Registration, Travel, and Hotel Reservations. Faculty will wait for their individual email, as the complimentary codes will vary per person.

    NOTE: Approved faculty should not need to provide their own financial information unless you are booking travel for an additional guest/non-funded faculty. Approved faculty airfare will be charged to the ENA master account. If you are asked to submit payment, do not proceed and contact  847-460-4117 immediately.

    • A link will be made live here to make hotel reservations

    Presentation Submission

     

    PowerPoint Slide Presentation Submission to AVMG begins  

    •  The slide submission website link will be live here.
    • AVMG will send emails to the faculty with the passwords they will use to submit their slideshows via the website.


    PowerPoint Slide Template

    •  The 2013 Annual Conference slide template will be linked here.
    • ENA asks the faculty to use this slide template for their slideshows to promote unity throughout the courses and to help brand the conference

    Session Documents

     

    ENA does not provide paper copies of PowerPoint slides or any other handouts. Any faculty choosing to distribute handouts must bring their own copies. Faculty can post handouts or PowerPoint slides as a PDF in the Session Document Area on ENA 2013 Annual Conference webpage

     

    Supplemental Document Upload access begins

    Lodging and Per Diem Reimbursement

    Reimbursement will be contingent upon each approved faculty member submitting a hotel bill and a properly completed and itemized Business Travel Substantiation Report. Please refer to ENA’s Financial Policies and Procedures.
