Attention Attendees & Exhibitors: Beware of Unauthorized Hotel Agents
It has been brought to our attention that unauthorized groups are soliciting our attendees and exhibitors for guest rooms in San Diego. Please note that the ONLY authorized housing agent for the 2012 ENA Annual Conference in San Diego is Experient. Beware that rooms booked on your behalf by any other housing company could carry costs or penalties that you may not be aware of. Rooms booked by unauthorized housing companies are outside of ENA’s housing blocks and may require a cab ride to the Convention Center. You are advised to be cautious of other companies trying to sell rooms on behalf of ENA. Remember the only group authorized to book rooms on behalf of ENA is Experient. Housing links for Experient can be found on the ENA Website or by calling Experient at (800) 967-4590 or via e-mail ena@experient-inc.com.
