Morning Walk
Start out your day on the right (and left) foot with a walk for wellness along the beautiful San Diego waterfront! This one-hour group walk will get your body and mind on the path to wellness while energizing you for the busy conference day ahead! Enjoy conversation with your peers as you take in the serene early morning sights of San Diego.
Power Yoga
No fee; preregistration required; limited capacity.
In an effort to support wellness and healthier choices, this power yoga session is designed to stretch your body as well as engage your mind and breathe. Revitalize yourself in this early morning session. A souvenir mat will be provided to all participants. Average fitness level and prior experience with yoga are recommended, but not required.
