Don’t delay; make your hotel reservations today! Act now to take advantage of special rates within the hotel blocks. Plus, hotel block rooms are within an easy walking distance to the convention center. After August 20, rooms and rates are based on hotel availability. Remember, when booking an ENA hotel block room, you are supporting ENA since it is contractually liable for hotel room blocks.

Please Note: By staying in the hotel block, you’ll have a greater opportunity to network with fellow attendees. Beware of booking rooms on the Internet. Some sites have hidden penalties or require full pre-payment up-front. Hotels that claim they are on the Riverwalk may actually be up to three miles from the Convention Center which would require a cab ride.

• Ground Transportation
  ENA Annual Conference and hotels are approximately nine miles from the San Antonio Airport.
  

  • Airport Express: Available from terminal 1 and 2 and departs for downtown hotels approximately every 15 minutes. Shuttle tickets are sold online or at the baggage claim area. One-way tickets are $18 and round-trip tickets $32 per person.
    

  • Taxi Service: Available at the lower level curbside, outside of terminal 1 baggage claim and at the front curbside of terminal 2 outside baggage claim. Detailed taxi rates and company names are available online. Fares are approximately $20–23 from the airport to downtown.
