Q:  How can I find a course (Provider/Reverification/Instructor)?

A:  A list of approved courses is provided on the ENA website.  New courses are added daily, so it is best to check frequently if you don’t see one in your area.  Click on the following link, which will bring you to a map of the United States (http://www.ena.org/statecouncils/states/Pages/StateLanding.aspx).  Click on the appropriate state.  The next page you see will show the state you clicked on.  Under this, there will be links for ENPC, TNCC and CATN.  Click on the appropriate course.  All courses listed are 2 day Provider courses.  If you are looking for a Reverification course or an Instructor course, this will be stated under the Course Director’s name in bold.  These are 1 day courses.

Q:  What do I do if my TNCC/ENPC Provider card is expiring (has expired)?

A:  If you wish to renew your provider status, you have several options:

If your number has not yet expired:

1.        You may take the 16 hour provider course

2.       You may take the 8 hour reverification course

3.       You may challenge* the provider course

If your number has expired:

1.        You may take the 16 hour provider course

2.       You may challenge* the provider course

*When you challenge a course, you attend only the evaluation and testing portion of the course.  Successfully passing when challenging a course will give you a 4 year verification, but you will not receive any contact hours.  You must be registered for the course in advance so the Course Director can plan for the required number of instructors to be present.
