INSTRUCTOR QUALITY ASSURANCE REPORTS

Course Operations currently sends to the State Chairs, twice a year, a copy of the Instructor Quality Assurance reports for Instructors that have scores of less than 3.0. We will also send the State Chairs the reports for their entire instructor pool, at their request.

These reports are currently being processed and will be emailed to the State Chairs by March 12th, 2010. If no Instructors within your state have a score of less than 3.0, we will still send an email to the State Chair advising them that all of their instructors are currently at 3.0 or higher. For those states that do not have a State Chair listed in our system, we will send that information to the State President.

We will also be happy to email an individual instructor’s report directly to that instructor upon request. You can either call Course Operations at 1-800-942-0011 or email us at courseops@ena.org to make that request.

COURSES ON THE ENA WEB SITE

We are happy to report that the ENA web site is now updated on a nightly basis with all new course applications processed. This information had been updated on a weekly basis prior to this change. The Course Director currently receives an email confirmation the evening of the day that their course application has been processed into our system. Now you will notice that your course will appear on the ENA web site by the following morning after receipt of that confirmation email.
