Hotel Deadlines
Begin Making Hotel Reservations

Deadline for Hotel Reservations (Room block closes, reservations must be made) December 19, 2008
You will be asked to put your room stay on your credit card. You will be reimbursed by check once you have submitted your hotel bill to ENA for reimbursement verification. Your reimbursement check should be mailed to you within 10 business days after ENA receives your hotel bill.
As per the ENA Financial Policies, travel and remuneration of hotel and per diem will be provided to each authorized faculty member on a per teaching day basis. Sessions with multiple faculty will receive travel and per diem and hotel remuneration for one faculty member only unless prior approval to fund additional faculty has been obtained from ENA Educational Services.

Approved faculty will receive remuneration of hotel and per diem expenses post conference. Remuneration will be contingent upon each approved faculty members submitting a hotel bill and a properly completed Business Substantiation Report, which is provided on site upon check in at the Faculty Registration counter. Payments shall not exceed standard room hotel charges of $160.00 inclusive per night per teaching day, and per diem expenses of $75 per teaching day.Expenses that extend beyond these amounts are the responsibility of the individual faculty. Supplemental hotel nights and per diem may be provided should an additional hotel night be required due to flight schedules or to obtain best-discounted airfare. Such exceptions must be approved in advance by Educational Services. No remuneration will be made for hotel and per diem expenses without receipt of a hotel bill and a properly completed Business Substantiation Report. Faculty must submit all paperwork by close of business day on April 15, 2009 to be reimbursed. Airline Deadlines

Deadline for Airline Reservations Made/Registration Sent December 19, 2008
Approved faculty members are responsible for making their own travel arrangements. Travel arrangements must be made using the web-based service of Innovative Travel no later than December 19, 2008. ENA WILL NOT reimburse travel expenses that are booked through another travel agency, directly with the airlines, or via the Internet without prior approval from ENA Educational Services.

Faculty members making late airline reservations may be subject to co-payment. Faculty that choose to drive instead of fly will be reimbursed for mileage at the rate of $0.485 per mile not to exceed the cost of a best-discounted airfare. Faculty must inform ENA of their choice to drive no later than December 19, 2008 so adequate airfare comparisons can be made.

Handouts for the onsite program due October 1, 2008. Outlines submitted as part of the CECH approval will be substituted in place of handouts, if handout information is not received at ENA National office by the deadline of October 1, 2008. Please note that copies of articles/copyrighted materials cannot be accepted, unless written permission for the copyright has been included.
