Course Operations	Course Operations Representative	1. Associate�s degree or an equivalent combination of education and related experience. 2. Minimum of 1 year experience providing general administrative and customer service support. 3. Minimum of 1 year experience interpreting and administering complex rules and procedures. 4. Proficient skills in data entry.
Educational Services	Nursing Education Editor	1. RN, min 3years 'ER/Critical Care 2. Previous writing/publications exp 3. Master's preferred
Finance	Budget and Financial Analyst	1. Bachelors Degree in Accounting/Finance 2. Minimum of 5-7 years balanced between financial analysis, budgeting and general accounting. 3. Advanced proficiency in Excel and intermediate proficiency in Word and PowerPoint 4. Ability to work overtime during budget season as needed
Membership Services	Member Services Representative	1. Processes membership applications and product orders from a variety of sources: telephone, internet, fax and mail 2. Responds to all inbound telephone calls and routes to appropriate individuals or departments. 3. Applies payment to membership and product orders and provides follow-up collection activities regarding balances and NSF payments.
Marketing, Membership and Communication	Print Production Coordinator	1. Assists the Marketing Manager with production and implementation of materials needed to fulfill marketing plans, making minor corrections to graphic files as needed. 2. Coordinates the creation of marketing materials, including postcards, promotional items, advertisements, ENA newsletter and other materials as needed. 3. Serves as a point of contact for internal customers for quotes and departments checking on the status of jobs already in progress.
