APPROVED ALTERNATE TEST SITES

If you would like to participate in one of the following certification exams please attach a letter requesting the alternate site (by name and test date) to your application. Unfortunately, if a request letter is not attached to the application it will be processed for the computerized exam.

Note: A service fee will be charged to transfer the application to an alternate site exam if a request letter is not originally included with the application.
