you will need to print the PDF Log and fax it to the BCEN office at 847/460-2631.

Payment Method
In order to submit an online application a credit card payment is required. However, if you prefer to pay by check download a PDF application and the Air-RO by CE Log (if applicable) and mail it to the BCEN office with payment to BCEN, 915 Lee Street, Des Plaines, IL 60016.

CFRN certification is for a four-year period. Every four years the CFRN can maintain certification by choosing one of two options; Air-RO by Exam or Air-RO by CE’s*.

* If you plan on renewing your CFRN via the Air-RO by CE method please have your CE Hours available to enter prior to beginning the application process.

Registration: This application is only valid for current CFRN’s (not yet expired) who are interested in renewing their CFRN.
