How to Vote

  • ENA members may only cast their votes online.
  • Members who have an e-mail address on file with the ENA national office will receive their voting login and unique election passcode to access the online ballot via e-mail.
  • This e-mail will be sent from support@votenet.com.
  • Please add the domain @votenet.com to your trusted sender, safe list or white list. If you receive your e-mails at work, contact your IT department for assistance.
    • It may take 24-48 hours for you to receive the e-mail due to the large volume of e-mails that must pass through the Internet service provider’s security measures.
    • If you do not receive an e-mail within 24-48 hours, please check your Spam, Bulk or Junk e-mail folders.
    • If you accidentally delete the electronic ballot e-mail prior to voting, please contact ENA’s Executive Services office at 800-900-9659, ext. 4095, or elections@ena.org.
  • Members who do not have an e-mail address on file will be mailed a one-page letter with an assigned login, password and directions on how to vote online.
  • Be sure to safeguard your voting login and election passcode, as only one code will be accepted from each member. If yours is lost or stolen and used by someone else to vote, it cannot be replaced.

If you have not received your voting credentials by May 17, please contact ENA’s Executive Services office at 800-900-9659, ext. 4095, or elections@ena.org.

The results of the election will be published on the ENA Members Only website, in the August ENA Connection and announced at the 2013 ENA Annual Conference General Assembly in Nashville, Tennessee at the formal installation ceremony.
