Sally K. Snow, BSN, RN, CPEN, FAEN, is currently serving as a member of the Emergency Nurses Association board of directors, the specialty nursing association serving the emergency nursing profession through research, publications, professional development, and emphasis on quality and patient safety. Snow's term ends in December 2015.

Snow has been an emergency nurse for more than 35 years. She is currently the Trauma Program Director at Cook Children’s Medical Center in Fort Worth, Texas.

Snow has been active in ENA for more than 30 years. At the national level she has served on many committees including the Pediatric Committee, Awards Committee and ENPC International Faculty. Snow has been the ENA representative on the American Academy of Pediatrics Committee on Pediatric Emergency Medicine since 2006. She has been a delegate to the General Assembly from 1982-1999 and 2005-2011. In 2006, Snow was a member of the Trauma Nursing Core Course Dissemination team in South Africa. At the state level she has served in many roles including president, secretary, parliamentarian and as a member of the pediatric and trauma committees of the Texas state council. She was awarded the Texas State Council Emergency Nurse of the Year Award in 1991

Snow obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in nursing from the University of Texas in 1974. She has been a Certified Pediatric Emergency Nurse since 2010 and has taught both the Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course, and Trauma Nursing Core Course. In 2007, Snow was inducted as a Fellow of the Academy of Emergency Nursing.
