The newly created ENA Emergency Department Operations Work Team met for an onsite meeting at the National ENA Headquarters in March 2012. The work team has been charged with developing a reference toolkit for emergency department managers. The toolkit will be a compilation of essential resources for the emergency department manager with a particular focus on safe practice and safe care. Stay tuned!
