| Recognizing the importance of ongoing education and research opportunities for emergency nurses, the Emergency Nurses Association (ENA) responded with the establishment of the ENA Foundation in 1991. The mission of the ENA Foundation is to provide educational scholarship and research grants in the discipline of emergency nursing.
